Playfully Powerful

A Vinyasa Flow Yoga class will consist of postures sequenced in continuous movement, which is smooth and unbroken. The class' pace, style and intensity that will vary from week to week. Emphasis is placed on harmonising the movements of the body and breath in creative sequences, whether the flow is slow or fast paced it will almost always involve sun salutations, so if you have any shoulder/ wrist/ lower back injuries please let me know at the beginning of class. Expect to try new things, to fall over, to laugh and most importantly to have fun and enjoy yourself!
Our class will ALWAYS end in an indulging, calming and restorative savasana, which allows your body and your mind to completely relax and recharge.
