Relax and Renew
Yoga Flow classes will stretch your muscles while building strength, balance and stamina, but at a controlled pace with only a few Sun Salutations. This approach keeps you moving, builds physical agility and improves mental focus by uniting movement with the breath.
Flow through an Asana practice stretching out your muscles and strengthening your body before letting all the tension go and indulging in a calming restorative session towards the end, which allows your body and your mind to completely relax and recharge.
Note: This class is for all abilities, from complete beginners to the more experienced. Everyone will benefit from this rejuvenating practice. Allow yourself to flow, unwind and refresh!

* Slow Flow is all of the above but just a little more gentle with the option to vinyasa if you wish.
Playfull Power
A Vinyasa Flow Yoga class will consist of postures sequenced in continuous movement, which is smooth and unbroken. The class' pace, style and intensity will vary from week to week. Emphasis is placed on harmonising the movements of the body and breath in creative sequences, whether the flow is slow or fast paced it will almost always involve sun salutations, so if you have any shoulder/ wrist/ lower back injuries please let me know at the beginning of class. Expect to try new things, to fall over, to laugh and most importantly to have fun and enjoy yourself! This is a slightly more challenging class where we will build heat, strength and flexibility but is open to all levels, you will always have the option to regress postures and miss our vinyayas and sun salutations if you wish.
Our class will ALWAYS end in an indulging, calming and restorative savasana, which allows your body and your mind to completely relax and recharge.
Step into Class
This class promises to improve your strength, balance, core, mobility and flexibility. Despite the lack of treadmills and kettlebells, Pilates is undeniably tough. Expect your brow to sweat, your legs to shake, your abs to quiver - and your endorphins to be riding high.
My Pilates classes are for all abilities, so whatever your ability, experience or goal lets start the week off well!
Bring a mat, maybe a towel for that sweaty brow and a bottle of water!
Dive Deeper
Workshops allow us to dive deeper into certain aspects of our practice such as inversions, backbends, meditation etc. We may also delve into other practices such as Yin and Restorative Yoga. These classes tend to be a little longer so that we can dedicate adequate time to practice, learn and discuss. Workshops are a social event as well as educational and are usually followed by food and drink with the opportunity to chill and chat with both myself and each other.
Stronger Together
Private classes can be tailored to meet you, your friends/colleges, business or events needs. That maybe to increase your fitness, loose weight, improve your yoga practice, add a fun or calming spin to your Hen party or wedding day or train for a certain event. Private classes can be created to your specification at a venue suitable to your needs.
