Step into Class

This class promises to improve your strength, balance, core, mobility and flexibility. Despite the lack of treadmills and kettlebells, Pilates is undeniably tough. Expect your brow to sweat, your legs to shake, your abs to quiver - and your endorphins to be riding high.
My Pilates classes are for all abilities, so whatever your ability, experience or goal lets start the week off well!
Bring a mat, maybe a towel for that sweaty brow and a bottle of water!
