Relax and Renew
Yoga Flow classes will stretch your muscles while building strength, balance and stamina, but at a controlled pace with only a few Sun Salutations. This approach keeps you moving, builds physical agility and improves mental focus by uniting movement with the breath.
Flow through an Asana practice stretching out your muscles and strengthening your body before letting all the tension go and indulging in a calming restorative session towards the end, which allows your body and your mind to completely relax and recharge.
Note: This class is for all abilities, from complete beginners to the more experienced. Everyone will benefit from this rejuvenating practice. Allow yourself to flow, unwind and refresh!
