Fancy some quality time with your pooch?
Dog yoga encourages you to bond with your dog through a series of breathing exercises and doggy massage as well as (hopefully) flowing through a strengthening and stretching vinyasa sequence that your pup can join in on or can just pick up on your calm energy, chill out and watch. Hopefully, by the end we will have a super relaxed owner and laid back pooch or we will all be in fits of giggles due to flatulent dogos... but all in the name of fun ! The class is followed by coffee, tea and cake and the chance for your pups to run around and socialise.
