SIP + STRETCH 3

December can be a busy and overwhelming month so our third Sip + Stretch event will be a soothing workshop focused on stretching, breathing, relaxing and working towards the splits.

We will focus on calming the mind and balancing the nervous system through a deeply nourishing, slow but dynamic practice, closed with a super dreamy yoga nidra to truly chill you out. We will use blocks, straps and other props to support the body in these deep stretches, create spaciousness and ease, and allow true relaxation. The splits may be our pinicle pose but it is not our end goal, working through the hamstrings and hips, we will look at ways of opening and lengthening those muscles, allowing you to get deeper into this asana.

This candle lit class will run from 18.30 - 20.00 giving us the opportunity to take our time and really indulge in our practice.

What makes Sip + Stretch events so special is the chance to relax and socialise after the class. Your ticket price will also include a cocktail, mock-tail or drink of your choice so we can all chill together after the class, chat and discuss anything you wish regarding the class or your own practice. And of course, being December there will be a few festive treats.

I suggest you eat an early light dinner or a hearty late lunch! Some twists and light backbends may feel uncomfortable on a full stomach but a rumbling one will distract you from our immersive flow!
